We mapped and migrated 50 keap apps into 1 Hubspot enterprise app. We used
ops hubs free trial for custom field mapping and converted all tags to
custom fields (radio with only yes) “Use the keap search “tag applications”
to find the tags and then mark the new custom fields to “yes”. Turn on the
contact sync and watch it go. We had all 50 connected at the same time

I am getting ready to start a huge migration project from 50 Keap Instances into one Hubspot Enterprise Instance.

Is it possible to use the Keap integration i.e. add one Keap instance and sync to Hubspot? Then remove that instance and add a different instance and sync to Hubspot. Then remove that instance and repeat so on and so forth?

That way I could avoid manually adding and cleaning data. They have ops hub so I can use the custom mapping feature.

The other consideration you'll need to make is regarding the tags in keap - there isn't a 1:1 for tags from Keap in HubSpot, to retain this data you'll need an extensive mapping of how you'll migrate tag data across and where/how it will live in HubSpot.

Yes, you can sync multiple Keap instances to a single HubSpot Enterprise instance by leveraging the Keap integration. You’ll need to connect one Keap instance at a time, sync its data using the custom mapping feature in HubSpot Ops Hub, then disconnect and repeat the process with the next instance. Ensure proper data cleanup and mapping for consistency across all Keap instances. However, this approach requires careful management to avoid data overlaps or conflicts.

For a smoother and more efficient process, consider building a custom integration to automate and streamline the migration. This will save time, ensure data accuracy, and handle specific business requirements seamlessly.

Cloudify will help with custom HubSpot integration with keap. Cloudify is one of the leading HubSpot integration experts.
https://cloudify.biz/marketplace/products/hubspot-integrations

Hi @Huntscape-Ops I'm sorry I didn't see your reply previously. It's possible the integration plan will work, but without testing I can't confirm that to be the case. I've previously attempted migrating 2 separate Keap instances this way and it didn't work. Hopefully you were able to find a solution and verify that this would work for you - perhaps something has changed since I last completed a Keap migration, or maybe there was something unique about our use case that prevented it from functioning as we expected.

If you were able to get it to work, it'd be great if you could share an update on the thread.

Unfortunately, there's currently no direct native integration between HubSpot and Keap. The best workaround would be to set up a custom connection using APIs if you have developer resources available. It's a bit technical, but gives you the most control over the integration.
