How can I sync Lusha contacts in HubSpot and fix permissions errors?

How can I resolve this and successfully sync Lusha contacts to HubSpot?

I want to sync our Lusha contact details with HubSpot, but I received a "You don’t have permission to connect this integration" error.

It appears my user account lacks the required roles or permissions to authorize this integration.

Dear Team,

Would like to sync our Lusha contact details to Hubspot. The message that I have received was that I don't have permission:

"Couldn't complete the connection. You don’t have permission to connect this integration."

The HubSpot user attempting to connect the integration does not have the user roles or permissions required to authorize the required scopes requested by the integration.

To resolve this error, the user connecting the integration must have App Marketplace Permissions (see "HubSpot user permissions guide"), which ensures they can connect and install apps from the HubSpot App Marketplace for your HubSpot account.

If granting the user with these permissions does not work you will need to give them Super Admin permissions to resolve the error.

Hi @DRawal,

A couple of things:

I'm not seeing the app Lusha listed in the App Marketplace. As you can see here: "HubSpot Marketplace", it says 'No results for "Lusha" in all categories'... Is this an app in beta that you're testing, or am I missing something else?
With regards to the text you copied, what do you not understand about it? It says that you need to have the right set of permissions to integrate said app with your HubSpot portal.
Are you a super admin, or has a super admin given you the "App Marketplace access" permissions? The toggle should be ON for this permission.

Hi @DRawal ,

For the above, it seems like you do not have required access.

Only Super Admins and users with App Marketplace access in admin permissions (please refer to: "HubSpot user permissions guide") can connect apps to HubSpot.
