Looking for calculated field which could measure number of MQLs, SQLs from contact lifecycle stages

Hey folks,

I recently created a custom object to track expos/events more thoroughly. Its called "Events"

I have created association between custom object "Events" and contacts.

I am able to associate contacts to custom object "Events". Now I would like to be able to map lifecycle stages of contacts associated with custom object "Events".

Like for example - If I have 300 contacts associated with custom object "Events", I would like to know how many of them are in MQL Lifecycle stage, similarly for SQLs and opportunity.

-Custom Object "Events"

-No. of associated contacts - 300 (I figured how to get summation of contacts on associated object)

-No. of MQL - # (Based on LS of contacts associated)

-No. of SQLS - # and so on

Would like to understands if it is possible to achieve this

Hi @PMenkar1,

If you have figured out the calculation property for the number of associated contacts (a roll up property) then your other properties would be created in the same fashion - if I understand your requirements correctly.

The main difference is that you specify a condition at the very end of the rollup property configuration/creation. At the bottom of that right sidebar, after you specify which associated object should be counted, add a condition and specify a lifecycle stage. You should now get the number of associated contacts where the lifecycle stage is, for example, MQL.
