HubSpot Deal to NetSuite Sales Order - Line Item fields

During the setup of the integration, I was able to see how we can map various body-level fields from the HUBS Deal to the NS Sales Order. Are we also able to do the same for Line Item fields? I have custom HubSpot date fields that need to be mapped by Line Item to corresponding date fields in NetSuite, but I'm not seeing the ability to do that mapping when creating the NetSuite SO. Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis. Was there a solution to this? We have the same issue, in that we can't map the Description Field in the Hubspot Line Item to the to the Transaction Field in Netsuite for Non-Inventory line items.

So once the Sales Order workflow is triggered - the Sales Rep then has to go into the Netsuite Sale Order to update the Descriptions before it can be approved.

If we could do this, it would make the whole workflow automatic.

The descriptions aren't static, as they change from order to order - so we can't hard code them into the SKU.

Are there any additonal setups we can do in the Netsuite Integrator app or via Hubspot / Nestuite Workflows?

Hi @Jaycee_Lewis and @mflagg.

Was wondering if you found a solution for this or whether we can get more options or custom fields to map to if we updated to Operations Hub?

We are also looking at using the new Deal Approval flow in Hubspot to further automate the sales order/invoicing workflow, but this is still a pinch point as our Netsuite Sales Orders would still need to be manually changed.
