No, this is not a feature of Operations Hub. However, there are great integrations on the HubSpot app marketplace for this:

Bulk merges for example are possible with a simple workflow action:

Hi @CPacana, and thank you for the mention @karstenkoehler. I work for Insycle as a product marketer, and I just wanted to provide a little more context on our bulk deduplication features,

Use any field in your database as a potential duplicate matching field (unique ID field) to catch more duplicates, with both similar and exact match options.
Also integrates with custom objects if you need to dedupe those.
Bundle Insycle templates together into a Recipe (individual templates could identify duplicates in different ways), and add the Recipe to your HubSpot Workflow so deduplication happens immediately after the record is created.
Set rules for determining the master record that duplicates will all merge into.
Further, you can set rules for retaining data down to the individual field level, potentially pulling data in different fields from different duplicates in the identified duplicate group, based on your settings.
Preview your deduplication runs to see how they work and ensure accuracy.
