Hi

This can be done via workflows!

Contact-based workflow will help in this case.

Choose the trigger based on the Calendly event. For example, you might select "Form submission" if your Calendly events are linked to a specific form, or "Activity properties" if you’re using a more direct integration.

In activity properties you can add the trigger as meeting title is known

then if/else condition if meeting title contains name of you 1st sdr then set property value and assign the owner to first sdr else 2nd sdr!

Hello community,

I created a process for a customer syncing Calendly with Hubspot.

I created a logic in Calendly with a Round Robin function that splits an event between two SDRs'. (The Calendly event has the same URL. The Round Robin logic is done automatically by Calendly.)

I would like to assign the SDR in HubSpot based on the SDR assigned in the Calendly event.

Does anyone have an idea how I can do that?

Thank you

Oren

Hi @OAskarov,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

From what I gather, you're looking to sync the SDR in Calendly with HubSpot. Currently, the integration syncs the owner from HubSpot to Calendly but not vice versa. My suggestion is to set up a workflow that updates the contact owner in HubSpot. You could collaborate with Calendly to edit the meeting's name or description to include the SDR name. This will allow you to reference it in the workflow.

You can find Calendly Support Team below;

Email: support@calendly.com

Website: https://calendly.com/?utm_medium=partner&utm_source=hubspot_provider_link&utm_campaign=home_page&utm_content=hubspot_provider_link

I hope this helps,
