Zoho CRM sync/migration

Hello! I would like to migrate everything from Zoho to Hubspot. I did connect both applications via Data Sync, which was quite straight forward in my case (at least). However I had a couple of issues I would like some help with:

1.- Not all my contacts were synced, only 1000. Perhaps I should keep paying zoho's license until it finishes syncing? is there a limitation with the free license ?

2.- After it finishes syncing, how do I break that synchronization? Because I will stop using Zoho, but I haven't found how to end the process so all the information stays in hubspot and I can delete my account in the other platform.

3.- Contact owners were not synced, is there a way to assign them to former owners?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

1. There would not be a limit to the number of contacts you can sync from the HubSpot side. I am not sure if there is a sync limitation with a Zoho free account, but that could be the case. Has the sync finished at this point? How are you seeing that exactly 1,000 contacts synced?

2. Once you perform the initial sync, the data is stored in HubSpot. If you do not want to continue syncing to Zoho, you could uninstall the integration from Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps, or you could Turn Off Data Sync as described here.

3. If you are not able to sync the contact owner with the integration, a workaround would be to use an import. Do you have the ability to export the contact owner's email address and the contact's email address from Zoho? If so, once the sync is complete, you could import a list of the contacts matching on the unique identifier (email address) and update the contact owner as described here: Assign owners in an import. With this method, we would import the contact owners as an email address and would need to make sure that a HubSpot user is created for the email addresses of contact owners.

Thanks for your reply.
We ended up doing it via export/import with a backup from zoho and inserting via import to Hubspot.
To be honest, the sync app was giving us many problems...

Apparently it was something of the moment, because we tried running the same code a coupe hours later and it worked well.
