Zoho CRM Sync issue

Hello, i created a sync between Zoho CRM and Hubspot and i want to sync my Hubspot contacts as leads to Zoho.

I have total of 20 contacts but unfortunately only 4 of them gets synced.

All of my contacts are in Subscriber life cycle and each one has emails.

I tried with and without the "only sync contacts with email" option and it didn't have any effects.

I also tried reconnecting the app but that didn't work but when i added a new contact it got synced.

Hi @afusalan!

I used to work support at PieSync, and one thing I remember to be a common issue when syncing contacts/leads to Zoho CRM is that they need to have a last name. It's a required field in Zoho CRM.

Can you check whether all your contacts have a value in HubSpot's last name property?

Hello @jbogaert. Thanks for your input, this was exactly my problem, unfortunately Zoho doesn't allow to customize system generated fields so i had to create a placeholder last name for every contact 😕

Creating a placeholder is indeed not ideal. Hopefully you can find a more scalable workaround soon!
