Delete contact's associated records with workflow

Hi, I assume it is not at least yet possible to delete contact's associated records with workflow (e.g. emails, notes, calls, etc.) - but is there any workaround or app or anything for this?

Hi @Suvi,

Correct, out of the box this is currently not possible. I'm not aware of any app that does this natively either. The best option is currently probably using custom code actions in Operations Hub Professional. https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/workflows/custom-code-actions

If Operations Hub Professional is not an option, you could potentially also look into developing a light-weight app or script using the HubSpot API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/engagements

Hey @Suvi, just to make sure I understand, you want to just delete the engagement data? Or are there other associated records (like associated companies and deals and things like that) that you need to delete as well?
