Hi @rulpats,

This is not possible via list filters, as far as I know, due to the fact that Zoom events don't behave like an object in HubSpot.

You could export the property history for the Zoom contact property "Total number of Zoom webinar registrations": https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/organize-and-export-properties#export-a-property-s-historical-data

In the export file, you could, via smart filtering, identify contacts where the number increased by 2 after a certain date.

You could then reimport the contact IDs to create a list in HubSpot.

Its possible but a lot of work unless you're an Excel magician.

Best regards!

Hi team,

I am trying to get a list of names where I could find the number of webinars attended equals 2 after a particular date (Nov 1). So I am using AND filter to combine both.

The issue is the Zoom webinar occurred date filter only allows/says "at least." That means - At least one webinar Zoom attendance event occurred after Nov 1 (NOT ALL). I want to find the names where all of them who attended the webinar after Nov 1 and two times.

Is there any workaround? Thanks,

Thanks @karstenkoehler for your solution. I wanted to create something dynamic that I could use in Hubspot scoring. I will have to do this exercise after every webinar which does not seem a feasible idea.

I am trying to achieve the number of webinars attended 2 times, 3 times, and 4 times after some date. But I guess this is not possible.
