Administrative workflows - trigger on email published

I'm wondering if this functionality exists and I just don't have the right subscription.

How can I trigger workflows on administrative actions, like "user added," "email published," "list created," etc.

These seem like obvious triggers.

Immediate goal: upon email being published, if the title of the email contains 'XXXXX', then do a HTTP POST with email ID to a lambda endpoint [parsing that email and staging it as a blog post for our blog in Strapi]

Hi @ryguyrg,

The actions you're referring to do not exist as workflow triggers. Workflows are object-based in HubSpot, revolving around contacts, companies, deals, tickets. There is no asset-based workflow type in HubSpot (yet?).

If you want to use these mentioned actions as triggers, you'd have to work with the HubSpot API: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview
