Hubspot Netsuite connector: Syncing customer case communciation

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to sync case communications from NetSuite to HubSpot? Our Support team works primarily in NetSuite and our Sales team works in HubSpot and they need visibility of the conversations/cases open with individuals before contacting them.

We are trying out the HubSpot built integration app but it only supports a limited number of fields.

Hi @annaboateng,

At the moment, the HubSpot-Netsuite integration does not support the ability to sync/import activities such as emails from Netsuite to HubSpot or vice-versa.

If you wanted to get this data into HubSpot, I would recommend using the activity import feature so your customer communications can appear on their respective records.

Unfortunately we are looking for a more automated solution vs csv imports so we may look for an iPaaS solution, but thanks for the suggestion!

I have posting it as a product suggestion so hopefully it gets added to the roadmap as it is a pretty big gap for us, not being able to see the entire customer journey.

Hi Anna, we don't currently have a native sync between NetSuite cases to HubSpot tickets. If you need this now, then I'd recommend supplementing with an iPaaS or custom solution.

Curious about what you're interested in syncing -- are you looking to sync in just the NetSuite Case records (e.g. properties, etc.) or the email communication on it, too?

We are mainly looking to sync the email communication, but also a couple of the case properties (what product(s) they contact us about, whether there was an RMA)
