Error Mass update - Associate Companies and existing Deals

Hi,

The company where I work used to only work with Contacts and Deals for some reason but now we need to have Companies registered for our existing customers and associate these with the existing Deals (since all info is stored there). Important info: most of our customers have no url, so can't associate on this level. Therefore I've created a new field in both Companies and Deals called "Company Name Import", where I just copy-pasted the company name in.

I'm trying to solve this by 1. first creating the companies (import company details in Excel) 2. then exporting back this time with Record ID generated by Hubspot. 3. Export existing deals in excel. 5. Fill in a unique value for "Company name Import" for deals and Companies. 5. Import Multiple Files with Associations (a list of companies and a list of deals).

I receive errors in the Mapping Guide phase: HS doesn't seem to recognize the Record ID of both Companies and Deals -> When I try to select in the drop-down menu "Choose how to Import" "Deal Properties " nothing happens, no validation. But when I click "Record ID - Deals" my screen goes blank - it just crashes!!! Who can help, please? Mass updating this will save us weeks of manual work...
