Hey @AElposhi, thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you're just looking at "Original source" — have you looked at the "Original source drill-down 1" and "Original source drill-down 2" properties? Those should show you the specific integration that originally created those contacts.

You can also look at the "Recent source drill-down 1" and "Recent source drill-down 2" properties for contacts who weren't originally created by that integration but have synced since their creation.

Alternatively, you can look at any properties that are specific to MS D365 (i.e., custom properties, internal ID). If the only way a record can have a value for a particular property is by being in the MS D365 database, you can use it to segment your company records.

Hope this helps!!

I'm trying to filter companies that are integrated from the MS D365 HubSpot connector, but at the same time I have other integration created from APIs, so when I go to filter companies based on the latest source which is an Offline source I got all companies from any integration.

ASK:
How can I do company filters that are only synced from MS D365?

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply,

I’m trying to filter company objects but not contact, however, I tried to use “last source drill 1 & 2 and original source drill 1 & 2” but no records were found. Also, both the last and original source doesn’t have listed value, so I have to enter the value name.

I found also that there are properties filed in the contract under “Marketing contact status source name” and include Microsoft Dynamics 365, but when I filter using this property no record was found also.

Thanks,
