Pushing notifications to private slack groups

Hi!

We would like to share the sales notes of our reps in slack. We have a dedicated private channel for these notes, where only dedicated members are present.

Unfortunately, deals can only be associated to a public channel. If I create a new private one, that one will be only for this deal, so each deal would need a separate channel, and that is messy.

I tried pushing by workflow (using a workaround, that sales copes the note into a property, and that gets pushed). Unfortunately, this also only works with public channels, plus it loses the metadata of call date, people present, etc.)

Any good solutions for keeping things visible for the wider team?

Thank you for reaching out!

I wanted to confirm if you have tried adding the private channel to the HubSpot-Slack integration. Our guide here mentions that you must invite the HubSpot app to any private Slack channels in order to receive notifications.

Would you be able to try out those steps and let us know the outcome?
