Verifying Teams account

I've succefully integrated our company Teams account with HubSpot, however when individual users try to integrate they are told they will need to verify the account but the message sent in Teams does not give the oppoutubity to verify - instead directs them to the hubspot marketplace to install the app which has already been done!

It's like going around in circles - cheers

Want to investigate more about this matter, currently what is the MS team's version being used?

Please note: it is not possible to connect a personal version of a Microsoft Teams account to HubSpot. Currently, you will be installing the integration for all users in your HubSpot portal. When trying to connect, is everyone from the team also getting this loop? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Hope you are doing well. I have got one thing on my mind as i have gone through your query, you need to make your Teams Account with HubSpot as Global Account and restrict it's funtionality when any other user tries to create the integration, the issue here is HubSpot is verifying each user seperately i.e. why they are being redirected the hubspot marketplace to install the app. Kindly pass your Teams Account Credentials with the HubSpot integration snippets and verify this account when any other user tries to make integration with HubSpot. Having this exact same issue, every thirty minutes or so I see this message:

Also when pressing this button to authenticate from Hubspot. The weird thing is, underneath that verification message I can see my connected account. Any idea what is going wrong?

Don't know if this was solved but same problem for me.

not on a personnal version this is an enterprise one. Teams version : "You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.17261. It was last updated on 28/06/2022".

To solve it, Hubspot did fix an issue on their side. But I never had the details.
