HubSpot Forms Merging Contacts

Hi, 

We recently sent out a form and had people from the same company who seperately completed the forms end up being merged together. It only happened with the contacts that were from the same company. How do I stop this from happening in the future?

Hi @mikels,

This usually happens when emails are forwarded. The tracking links in the email are unique links specifically for the recipient and HubSpot thinks that everyone coming through that link is the same person. Unless you enable this option in the Options tab of the forms editor.
