I've been on the hunt today to find an answer to this question. Based on how Google's Consent Mode works (specifically in Google Tag Manager), I don't think HubSpot's cookie banner solution currently works with it.   HubSpot isn't on Google's list of CCMPs with approved integrations, and I haven't been able to find any information about it from HubSpot's end. This is super concerning for companies that use HubSpot's CMS as well as their cookie banner tool.   It appears HubSpot would need to go through the steps to make their cookie management tools work with Consent Mode v2.   Frustrating. It basically renders HubSpot's cookie banner useless if you use anything Google-related at the moment. Please bring back the number that was displayed in workflows in a delay. This was very useful to see how many contacts exactly were at each delay and how they were moving through a nurture sequence.    This was replaced with "Active Contacts In This Action" which to be honest is rather insignificant and does not tell me anything except contacts are waiting. Knowing an exact number allows me to assess how many contacts are there and if I want to change their course of action then what number i am dealing with or if I want to introduce a logic feature and split that delay what number I am working with.   Its unfortunate that hubspot would deem this an irrelevant feature to many hubspot users who use this figure in our nurture sequences and replace it with something that is in fact irrelevant.  ...read more

I'd like to be able to control which properties appear on the "card view" in the   Deals Dashboard. Default is... - Deal Name - Amount - Close Date - Attached Contacts   I'd like to be able to select my own 4 attributes, so that the at-a-glance feature is more meaningful to me.   In addition I'd like to be able to color-code Deal Cards based on attributes. Hubspot allows for the creation of multiple pipelines, but apparently doesn't allow for the creation of custom Create Deal form per pipeline. We would greatly benefit from being able to have each pipeline have a unique Create Deal form with a unique set of required fields. ...read more

Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't let you auto-subscribe contacts to WhatsApp communications. You have no direct access to the subscription type in workflows and you don't even see the subscription in the settings.   The option you have is to go into contact's profile and inspect all their subscriptions there. You will see WhatsApp and you'll be able to subscribe the contact manually.  (don't mind the German language)   Why don't we have an option to auto-subscribe the contact to WhatsApp Notifications if they submitted a form with their phone (WhatsApp) number and agreed to receive notifications via WhatsApp? When we collect consent from our contacts by ticking a checkbox or by clicking a button, we expect the contacts to be auto subscribed to WA-notifications.   P.S. I am talking about a situation when a contact doesn't know your WA number and cannot contact you first (as described here), so it is way better for both sides when a contact submits a form and gives their phone number and asks to be contacted per WhatsApp. The rest should be handled by HubSpot.   Added: There's currently an option to mass opt-in contacts for WhatsApp communications in your Contacts view. This is currently in Beta so make sure you add this function to your HS portal in Product Updates. Dear product team,   This request is about a feature that allows the download of all data stored about a contact easily – without the help of a developer.   According to article 15 of the GDPR, when requested by a contact, a HubSpot customer "shall provide a copy of the personal data undergoing processing" (see here for reference: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-15-gdpr/). As of now, it's not possible to export this information easily, as HubSpot stores personal data in a variety of places: Contact property values (can be exported, this is the easiest part) Historical contact property values (these would have to be exported one by one for each property, potentially hundreds of exports!) Values and history of all associated objects (see above) Activities and engagements like sales emails, notes, meetings etc (cannot be exported without third-party software or custom developed solution based on API) Interaction with other tools that are not considered engagements (interactions with marketing emails, marketing forms, surveys etc) In other words, the preparation of this export is time-consuming and requires a developer. This should be a native feature in HubSpot.   Ideally, this is not just a feature in the HubSpot app but something that can be offered as a customer-facing tool, too, as requested here: give contacts a link so they can download their data   Thanks in advance! ...read more

Within our organization we use Microsoft Teams for all meetings. When people book a meeting through the Meeting tool with someone, we now have to manually send out an additional Microsoft Teams meeting. We would like to these meeting tool invites to already be Microsoft Teams invites. I know this is possible since Hubspot does exactly this within their own organization, except with Zoom.   It would really make a big difference to us if this were possible.   **Moderator Edit** This issue has been merged with Marialll2694's post titled: Automatic Microsoft Teams Invite Link to be sent when meeting is scheduled. All comments and kudos have been combined here.   Marialll2694 When you scheudle a meeting through hubspot it should be integrated with Microsoft Teams in a way that it creates the invite with the conference link. Currently you have to send another invite with the link.   We were considering purchasing HubSpot and this integration threw a wrench in the whole deal. With COVID 19 we are all having to work remote and we use Microsoft Teams (along with 75 million users) because it's part of our corporate suite. Not having this integration is detrimental to a seamless & delightful experience with our clients.   Part of the "magic" with HubSpot is that something like this doesn't happen.
