It'd be great to upload a bunch of tasks and add them to a "hold queue" and when a user gets low on tasks, it automatically pulls from the "hold queue" and assigns them another 25 or 50. For companies that are using call tasks for activities, this would be a game-changer. ...read more

A number of colleagues have complained that they're forgetting to tick the 'create follow up task' when they complete a task on the contact view/on task view, which results in opportunities going cold. It would be great if there was the option to have the ability to have the box automatically ticked for teams/users, which if no follow up is needed, this could then be unticked.  ...read more

Our team would find it useful if there was the ability to add customisd Pulldown selections in Tasks Due Dates, OR, if the Hupspot Team could just add a One Year (12 month) default pull down Due Date. It stops at 6 months, and ofter our follow up tasks are dated one year.   ...read more

When I send emails on HS, there's always an option at the bottom to select that I want to set a task to follow up in 3 business days. It would be great if users could choose whether the checkbox would default to on vs. off. Additionally, it would be nice to have the option to set the suggested timeframe for following up, allowing users to set whether they want it to default 3 days, 2 weeks, a month, etc.  ...read more

Problem: Create tasks for several people at the same time. Only the contact is linked to the task, but not the company assigned to the contact. In the reports, I can then not display any assignment to the company. Me he dado cuenta que los usuarios que no son de Ventas o no tienen una Licencia Sales, no pueden acceder a una vista de calendario de las Tareas en el Panel de Tareas.  Las vistas de la captura:  Ahora forman parte de "actividades de venta" pero, a excepción del feed, esto no está habilitado para usuarios de Marketing de cualquier Licencia, ni siquiera Sales Starter.  La única solución es ir al calendario Outlook o gmail, pero, en mi opinión esto es menos productivo. La vista del calendario ayuda a gestionar mejor las tareas en Hubspot al mismo tiempo que las creas o haces seguimiento.  ¿Alguien lo echa de menos? ¿Cómo lo has solucionado?¿se puede ver desde otro lugar?  Gracias ...read more

When moving companies around from one user to another, there should be a way to delete tasks assosiated, maybe just for admins, but no matter who the owner of the company was/is.   Often times when moving companies from one user to another, there are tasks assosiated. Generally these companies are heavily filtered to be found and as of right now you cannot mass filter and delete those tasks.    Thanks! ...read more
