So far the sales navigator integration is pretty decent and is about 70-80% accurate with associating/matching contacts with a linkedin profile via Sales Nav. But when it's wrong, it's way wrong and updating the first name, last name, company name, etc. hasn't proven to be of much use.    It would be great if you're able to take the Sales Navigator integration one step further and give users the ability to input a LinkedIn profile URL for a contact profile to tie the contact with their LinkedIn account. When using the "API Request (Beta)" action in Zapier to connect to Hubspot, it runs into an error when trying to import contacts (POST https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/imports).   "Failed to create a http request in HubSpot Raw request failed. While working on an integration between HubSpot and a third party I'm facing a serious limitation of the private app's webhook event subscription tool.   Issues No filter Can't be controlled which objects are watched the changes for. Example: I want only the Country = Germany contacts to be watched for changes.   No optional properties Can't be added optional properties of the object to the change event data. Example: I want to receive the Country property of the Contact object in the event data, to be able to filter the incoming data on the integration side.   Proposed solution No filter Extend the webhook subscription tool with a filter as we have it in the workflows or lists.   No optional properties Extend the webhook subscription tool to let the user select some properties of the object, that will be included within every change event. I wish the new integration with QBO worked as well as the last integration.  There are 2 important features that were lost with the new integration.    From the deal record, I use to be able to delete any invoices that had been previously attached.  Now, I have to leave the deal record, navigate to Commerce > Invoices and then search for the invoice.  A lot of extra steps.   Also from the deal record, the invoices that were created in QBO and attached in Hubspot use to sync to QBO and let me know the status Open, Sent or Paid.  Now there is now way to tell from Hubspot if they've been sent or when because the only status is Open or Paid ...read more

We use Notion as our knowledge management system, and a subpar CRM.  We just recently adopted hubspot, and will likely use Zapier to integrate the two.     My question is, other than importing leads from Notion, in what other ways can you optimize the Hubspot and Notion integration?  Interested to hear how others use both programs in tandem! ...read more

I've set up a workflow that sends details about a ticket to a channel in Slack. There is automatically a button at the bottom of the channel message stating "View in HubSpot" with a link to the ticket. When clicking the link, it takes you to a ticket overview page on the contact. This isn't useful for people who want to see, assign themselves, or respond to the ticket in the Help Desk. Can the link be adjusted for tickets to always take you to the Help Desk view?   Update: It looks like the link does go to the Help Desk view when a ticket is created during the workflow. we have linkedin connection requests and messages going out that aren't being reflected on hubspot records. it would be very useful to have those there. for atttribution reporting purposes but also for record transparency.    right now it would be A TON of work to manually log all the connections you send out.  ...read more

It looks like the Legacy Invoices feature was recently removed from the various HS views. We now have "Invoices" but this is not as intuitive as the previous Legacy Invoices and also doesn't offer as much information.   The Legacy Invoices seemed to sync well between the 2 systems and we were also able to get a preview/download of the invoice document. That functionality seems to have been removed.   If there's any way to get the Invoices to work like the Legacy Invoices, that would be amazing. ...read more
